I was searching for human body once when i was reading those big encyclopedias and came across with a very important information which i never heard about afterwards.It was about vitamin C. (Vitamin C was known as a very effective antioxidant till the grape seed and coenzyme q10 became very famous.)
I read in there that when vitamin c is given to the people with serious mental illnesses, it was observed that they used 99% of vitamin c.
This is, I think a very useful information to enlight some of the questions hidden. Most of the antioxidants are known to make people feel better and vitamin is one of them. It also has other positive effects on skin and metabolism.
The negative effects of vitamin c may be:
*It can make deposition in kidneys.
*If you take in higher doses , may cause dizziness.
In depression, most of the people suffer from lackness of energy and I think regular vitamin c intake may help with reducing the symptoms of the depression.
I believe that one should try to observe and explore himself/herself in order to treat his/her illness and in this blog I would like to add something to your life trying to win the depression.
