And afterwards you find yourself saying "what have I done yesterday, and you feel regret. This feeling infects you , and at that moment you know what I do? I say to myself" I'm ok, I feel ok, I don't regret. I feel ok". The important point is to get out of that decision and feel the "now". Just keep on saying that many many times and get out of the bed. You will distract yourself and trust me you will feel better.
This is at least for running away from that terrible feeling you feel after a bad night. It is not necessary you do not have to be drunk the day before. Maybe you break up with your boyfriend or you lost your job, you have to pay for rent again or something else you want to forget about. Just keep on saying this to yourself:" It's ok, everythig is ok, I am allright" The most importnat point here is to repeat that inspiring sentences to yourself many times again and again.
Of course I do not promise you to solve all your problems but it will at least quiten the pain you feel in your heart while you remember the present problems. Do this everyday after waking up if you remember something bad and you regret. You will be surprised when you feel that it really works .
