Today I have seen a video which really engaged me. It explains a method of developing the concentration and is really easy to try.
This exercise claims to be the most effective concentration technique.
Here is what to do for a better concentration:
1)Just create a calm area that you can be alone and close your eyes.
2) Form and imagine a single shape in your mind such as a triangle,circle or a square. Just be sure it is simple .It can be yellow, green or any colour you wish.
3) Hold the time in order to measure how long you can imagine the shape .
4) Try imagining it as long as you can. Try not to be distracted.
5) Practice it twice a day throughout 30 day for an effective progress.
6) Try to pass your last score each time you try it.
I will try doing it begining from today and will share my comments with you.
