The Best Mental Concentration Technique-Day 1

It is 00.47 now. And for about 10 minutes, I have tried the technique I advised you 5 days ago with the headline Mental Exercise For Concentration .















My experiences:

*I tried to imagine a single object, my object was a small red square.

*I stopped the timer and the longest time I can concentrate on this single object is only a few seconds! But I am not upset. 

*I had a small headache.

*It was very hard to imagine something for a few seconds for me. Maybe other people can do more or not I don't know .

*This thing seems to work , I really loved to do this. 

It is 00:55 now and I feel a bit dizzy after doing this exercise.I will repeat it tomorrow for a longer period of time.
