The Best Mental Concentration Technique-Day 2
Now it is 23:17 p.m. and during today I made the exercise; the most effective mental concentration technique maybe for totally half an hour.
As you know I have told you this technique at my previous article "Mental Exercise For Concentration" in this blog.I will try this technique for a 30 days time and will share the experiences with you day by day.
The effects of this brain exercise I examined today is:
*The frontal part of my brain ached. I felt as if my brain was tickled.
*Today I could concentrate on a tv programme for a considerable period of time.
*Again I felt a bit dizzy and I am sure it works some part of my brain.
*I could use my lap top buttons faster.(This experience was really amazing)
